What we collect

When you use TheCVHub, we collect account details you provide (name, email, company name), job postings and requirements you create, and — for candidates — the information submitted through an application: name, contact details, resume file, and any answers to screening questions.

How we use it

Candidate resumes and job requirements are used to power AI-based matching and screening, shown only to the hiring organization that posted the role. Account information is used to operate your workspace, authenticate logins, and send transactional emails (like review requests or interview confirmations) — we don't sell or share candidate data with third parties for marketing.

Resumes and uploaded files

Resume files are stored securely and are only accessible to the recruiting organization a candidate applied to. Candidates may request removal of their data by contacting the organization they applied to, or reaching out to us directly.

Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@thecvhub.com.
