Using the platform

By creating a workspace on TheCVHub, you agree to use it to post genuine job openings and manage real candidate applications. Accounts are for organizations hiring in good faith — not for scraping, spamming candidates, or posting misleading listings.

Accounts & team access

Workspace owners are responsible for the team members they invite and the access levels (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Admin) granted to each. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

AI screening

Match scores and AI-generated summaries are decision-support tools, not final hiring decisions. Your organization is responsible for how candidates are ultimately evaluated and selected.

Candidate data

Organizations using the platform are responsible for handling candidate data lawfully in their jurisdiction, including any required consent, retention limits, and deletion requests.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the platform evolves.
